Return, Refund and Cancellation


If the ordered product or its packaging is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the delivery due to it, a replacement will be provided to you or a refund may be processed. When you request for Refund, it will be processed through the same mode within 5-7 working days.


After placing the order you have the option to cancel it before it has been dispatched. We do not accept cancellations once the product has left our premises.


Note: Depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case, all of the above may vary as we do not process returns on delivered orders.
